今(28)日凌晨1時許，新北市林口區鏞瑞物流公司倉庫發生火警，30分鐘內4廠區均遭祝融，廠區作業員隨即通報警消到場救援，已於清晨6時30分撲滅火勢。消防人員表示，因廠區存放大量電器及手機等零件，導致火舌燃燒迅速猛烈，初估燃燒面積約5000坪，所幸沒有人受傷。

據《蘋果日報》報導，消防局救災救護第二大隊今天凌晨1時許獲報，指稱位於林口區南勢里的鏞瑞物流公司竄出火光及濃煙，出動雙北、桃園31個消防分隊、2百多名警消及89輛各式消防車趕赴現場救援，因廠區4個倉庫存放家電用品、手機、爐具及汽車零件，加上風勢強勁以致火勢燃燒猛烈，4個倉庫均遭祝融。

消防人員立即佈水線灌救，約莫1小時火勢已受到控制，在清晨6時30分撲滅火勢，燃燒面積約5000坪，所幸當時在鄰近倉庫作業的員工聞到燒焦味上前察看，發現廠區冒出火光，立即協助4名作業員逃生，才沒造成人員傷亡。詳細起火原因及財物損失，尚待調查及統計。
